After the rolling process, the sheets are subjected to annealing and tempering processes. Cold rolled products can be produced as continuously annealed (CA) or batch annealed (BA).

Cold Rolled Full Hard Products are produced by cold-rolling of pickled hot-rolled products.
Cold Rolled Products
Cold Rolled Products products are produced by cold-rolling, annealing and tempering of pickled hot-rolled products. Cold-Rolled products can be produced as continuous annealed (CA) or batch annealed (BA).
Tinplate Products
Tinplate products are produced by electrolytic tin coating of cold-rolled low carbon flat steel. Both surfaces can be coated in equal or different coating weights. Tinplate products can be produced as continuous annealed (CA) or batch annealed (BA), single reduced (SR) or double reduced (DR).
Hot Dip Zinc Coated Products
Hot Dip Zinc Coated Products are produced by hot-dip galvanizing of both surfaces of the cold-rolled flat steels or pickled hot-rolled flat steels. Production at requested surface quality, with organic film coating, chromate (Cr+3) and / or oil coating is possible based on customer preference.
Pre-Painted Products
Pre-painted Products are produced by painting of galvanized flat steels on continuous lines using polyurethane rollers. Ensuring additional corrosion resistance and aesthetical concerns are the primary reasons for preferring pre-painted products. Treatment with various paint types such as polyester, PVDF, plastisol, wrinkle polyester, polyamide modified polyurethane (PUR-PA) or special paints like antimicrobal paint is possible based on the area of use and product expectations.
