Operating in the iron and steel industry since 1994, all of Tosyalı Holding companies operate in a manner that ensures the highest level of environmental awareness in their production processes and after-sales services.
Preventing pollution at source, creating zero waste, using natural resources and increasing energy efficiency are our primary working principles in product and service provision. In this context, under the leadership of our Board of Directors, all our employees comply with the legal regulations, national and international standards and customer conditions.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System is implemented within Tosyalı Holding and within this scope;
Environmentally Friendly Production and Service Provision
In all of our processes, production is carried out by keeping environmental sensitivity at the highest level. In some of our facilities using environmentally friendly product is kept at the forefront through non-hazardous waste recycling and SPP (Solar Power Plant).
Tosyalı Holding pioneers the region and the sector in the use of SPP (Solar Power Plant).
Regional support has been provided during the Zero Waste Project process and wastes from our facilities are handled at the recycling / disposal companies.

Sustainability
In order to use natural resources efficiently, infrastructure revision is made and the latest technological developments are followed. In order to maintain environmental performance, awareness trainings are delivered to our employees, environmental exercises are carried out and remedial activities are conducted. Our risks and opportunities are identified and processes are managed to support sustainability.

- Under the leadership of our Board of Directors, all of our employees are included in the Occupational Health and Safety processes and compliance with legal regulations, national and international standards is achieved.
- Considering that all accidents are preventable, root cause analysis studies are carried out along with investigations and improvement activities are performed to prevent recurrence.
- In all of our processes, risk and opportunities are identified, proactive approach is provided with field feedbacks (Near miss, Site Dangerous Situation Notifications) and works are carried out in line with the objective of zero occupational accidents.
- Continuous improvement is enabled by performing occupational health and safety performance evaluation.
- The necessary infrastructure and training support is provided to ensure that our employees, stakeholders and guests we work with are in a safe working environment.
