Technical Training

  • It includes the mandatory technical knowledge and skill that ensures that the efficiency of white- and blue-collar workers in production, maintenance, planning, quality, shipment, and logistics positions at the facilities in their work.
  • The Academy establishes and develops the training structure with collaborative work, and the HR departments of the facilities manage the provision of resources, follow-up of training, announcement and organization, and registration.
  • Participation in the technical school training is mandatory, and all employees must complete them within two years.

Vocational Training

  • It includes professional training that may be necessary in the current work for white-collar employees in positions of budgeting, finance, brand and incentives, human resources (including the Facility HR departments), administrative affairs, public relations, the Academy, system support, sales, marketing, purchasing, purchasing scraps, mining, project and investment, accounting, treasury, internal audit, energy trade, R&D, strategy and business development, software, and financial reporting in the Holding units.
  • Creating and developing the training and performing all managerial follow-ups is under the responsibility of the Academy with the cooperation of the relevant units and Facility managers.
  • Participation in the vocational training is mandatory, and all employees must complete them within two years.
